Terms of Service and Text Message Terms

The service
Tradewise Office mails monthly reminder postcards to a business owner's past customers, on the owner's behalf, after the owner approves each month's reminder. Talk-to-Quote is not yet available; owners can join its waitlist.
Pilot kickoff month. The pilot's kickoff month is $99 and covers up to 50 postcards, including printing and postage. If you are not satisfied with the cards or the service in your kickoff month, tell us within 30 days of your cards mailing and we will refund the $99. The refund is for satisfaction with the cards and service; we do not promise a set number of calls, quotes or jobs. After the kickoff month, you choose a monthly plan from the prices below before you are billed, and you can stop anytime.
Changes. Each month includes one round of changes to your card. Mistakes we make are fixed at no charge. Nothing mails until you approve it.
Plans, skipping and pausing. After the kickoff, monthly plans are Starter (50 cards, $149), Standard (100 cards, $249) and Plus (200 cards, $449), with extra cards at $1.99 each; printing and postage are included. You are billed only for months that mail. If you reply SKIP, nothing mails that month and that month is not billed. Reply PAUSE to hold cards and billing until you text RESUME. You can stop at any time.
Bonus cards. When you tell us a job came from your cards, we add 5 bonus cards to your next mailing at no cost, up to 25 bonus cards a month. Bonus cards have no cash value and end if your plan ends.
Payments. We send each invoice or payment link by text and email, and you can pay by card or bank transfer (ACH) through QuickBooks. Prices include processing; we don't add card fees. Monthly invoices go out before that month's cards print, and cards print once the invoice is paid. A refund goes back to the card or bank account you paid with. If a bank payment is returned, or a payment is disputed instead of brought to us first, we pause your cards until it's settled.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that the customer list you give us is made up of your own customers and that you are allowed to contact them by mail.
- We use your list only to mail your reminders. We never sell or share it, we keep it secure, and we delete it within 30 days after you stop the service or ask us to.
- You review and approve each month's reminder before it goes out, and you review every quote before sending it once Talk-to-Quote is available.

What you'll get: if you check the text consent box on our sign-up form, Tradewise Office will text you about your sign-up, setup and monthly approvals: a preview of each month's reminder, a request to reply YES or SKIP, and a month-end results summary. We do not send marketing texts, and we never text your customers.
Questions before signing up: if you text us a question first, we reply to your question in that conversation. We don't add you to any other messages unless you sign up and check the text consent box.
- Message frequency varies, usually 3 to 6 messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

- Consent to texts is not a condition of using the service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy.
