Privacy and Text Message Terms

What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, business name, trade, city, phone number, email address if you give it, your logo, and any notes you add. If you use reminder postcards, you also send us your customer list.
How we use it
- To contact you about your sign-up and set up your service.
- To send your monthly previews, approvals and results.
- To mail reminder postcards to your customers, on your behalf, only after you approve them.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your information or your customer list with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile numbers and text message opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We use service providers only to run the service (for example, to host this site, send texts, send email and print and mail postcards), and only for that purpose.
If you stop using Tradewise Office, we delete your customer list.
Text messages
If you check the box on our sign-up form, Tradewise Office will text you about your sign-up, setup and monthly approvals: a preview of each month's reminder, a request to reply YES or SKIP, and a month-end results summary. We do not send marketing texts to your customers.
- Message frequency varies, usually 3 to 6 messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@tradewiseoffice.com.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of using the service. You can choose a call or email instead.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
